Batch weight correction
Edit daily batch weights against the reference curve, then save to PecSmart batch_weights_v2.
Open batches are loaded from the local database (public batch_pk = Batch.batch_id).
Select two table rows by clicking them, then click Interpolate again to fill weights between those ages.
